How to track my order?

You can view the status of your order by going on your Order Acknowledgement page.

2. Enter Your Order Number and Click Track.

You will be redirected to your Order Acknowledgement Page.

Please find below the status definitions for your order.

Status of Order:

a) NEW – Your order hasn’t been processed yet.

b) PENDING – Your order has been processed and is waiting on the designer to dispatch your order.

c) DISPATCH – Your order has been dispatched. You should receive or should have received an email at this point with the tracking Information. Please visit Courier partners website to get latest update on where your courier has reached.

d) COMPLETE – This is an estimate that you have received your package and order has been marked as complete by the designer. Please contact us immediately in case you have not yet received the item

Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

Unfortunately, products listed as ‘Out of Stock’ are not available for sale. Please use the ‘Notify Me’ feature to be informed of the product’s availability with sellers on satikaindia.in

Can I accept the package after checking the contents inside it?

Sorry, as per company policy, a package can’t be opened before delivery is accepted.

But you can accept the package & get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.

My order is delayed. What should I do?

On the rare occasion that your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you.

Will the delivery be re-attempted if I’m not able to collect my order the first time?

Yes, we’ll make sure that the delivery is re-attempted the next working day if you can’t collect your order the first time.

Does Satika India deliver internationally ?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. Shipping is Included and is explained below.You will be able to see shipping charges at the final checkout page for the items you have selected. International shipping is available for all except fragile items. You can place the order directly on the website.

Shipping Charges:

You can find the shipping charges are included as per your country on the order page. Shipping cost may vary depending on the location.

Delivery Time: 15 -18 business days for unstitched /semi stitched

22 – 28 business days for stitched

The order will be Quality Verification first in Mumbai and then shipped to your Address. We will send you the tracking details as soon as your order gets shipped from here.

I found the package open and the product seal broken. What should I do?

If you receive a damaged or suspicious package, please make a video showing the parcel, including your order number, and report the situation to us within 24 hours. This will help us assist you in resolving the issue promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority!

What should I do if my order is approved but not yet dispatched for a long time?

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

We’ll send you an e-mail & SMS once you’ve successfully placed your order!  We’ll also let you know as soon as the seller ships the item(s) to you/warehouse along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). 

I haven't received the invoice for my order.

A hard copy of the invoice is sent along with your order. If you have not received a hard copy you can request for a soft copy by Contacting Us Email id . support@satikaindia.in Contact No – 9152931966

Why am I not able to track my order?

Please check after 24 hours as the tracking ID for your order will take some time to be activated once it’s shipped.

Can I change the delivery date of my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to honor requests for specific delivery dates, however rest assured that we will deliver by the promised delivery date.

What should I do if I notice a color mismatch with my order?

Please be aware that there may be slight color differences between the product images on our website and the actual item due to lighting and screen variations. If you notice a major color difference, please contact us. Share a photo and video of the product, and if we determine that the issue is genuine, we will arrange for a redelivery. Your satisfaction is our priority!

What should I do if the size of my order doesn’t match what I expected?

Our dresses are made according to standard size charts available on our website, which take into account the specific stitching and design. Pre-Shipment Cancellations

Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?

Yes, you can choose to cancel all Non-Ready to Ship products, only if done within 24 hours of placing it. We will initiate 100% refund of your money and a confirmation of the same will be sent to you via e-mail, though we would have loved to have added a new Ethnic Fashion statement to your wardrobe.Please be apprised that Ready To Ship orders are not eligible for calcellations as they are despatched within 24 hours of the receipt of order.

Why a "24 Hour" deadline?

As soon as your order is confirmed, action is initiated at our end. The process of picking, packaging,customizing and logistics start, and the ordered product in most cases has already passed through a couple of phases. In case a garment has to be readied, or customized, the process is already underway.

And what if I cancel after 24 hours of ordering?

1) Well, we have a provision for that too but do remember – orders cancelled post 24 hours of confirmation are dealt with on a case-to-case basis by our Customer Care team depending on the degree of process completion.
2) We provide the refund for all such orders in the form of a Store Credit only. This Store Credit is redeemable on our Website within a stipulated period from time of issuance.
3) Please be apprised that it takes a maximum of 2 business days, post the receipt of your cancellation request, for us to cancel your order, and send you a notification via e-mail.
